From a young age, I have had a passion for helping people.

My passion for life-long learning has led me to become an Instructional/eLearning Designer (IDT) and trainer. In 2017, I earned my second masters degree in Instructional Design and Technology (IDT)with an emphasis in Training and Performance Enhancement. My experience covers training adult learners, creating videos, various deliverables like job aids, design documentation, creating an MS Excel application, created a new processes, and a several testimonials videos. I have led in-person/virtual led, and 1-on-1 trainings.

My 10 years as a Systems Analyst, afforded me the opportunity to work with an Indian based IT company. I traveled to India to participate in the redesign of the application where I was the primary developer and subject matter expert (SME). A routine part of the job included gathering requirements, estimating costs, completing coding and all types of cross-department testing, minor project management tasks, and collaborating with management at all levels. As I grew in this career, I trained new team members and continued to work with cross-functional teams. Since leaving the IT field, I continued to use my programming skills to create a program to increase the graduation rate of a credit retrieval program, provided data analysis to the administration team regarding testing data, and created curriculum to assist learners to pass the math high stakes exam.

I believe in paying it forward as much as I can. Chris Matakas said "The greatest effects we have on the world are the ones we can never see". I have given many countless volunteer hours to several organizations; including food banks, shelters, hospitals, churches, other non-profit organizations, and Habitat for Humanity.

When I am not working, I enjoy movies, crafts, and being in nature. I am originally from Chicago but currently reside in Austin,TX awaiting my next big adventure! I look forward to working with you and your company!
